Season Rates 2017: Standard Rates $379/Night, $450 Weekend Night, 2 night minimum stay.  Standard Rates apply with the following exceptions:    Winter: January 3- March 16 $199/Night  Summer: April 27- September 4 $500/Night, $600/Weekend Night (Friday and Saturday) 3 night minimum stay. Fall: November 27- December 31, 3 night minimum stay.      Occupancy: Room rates based on double occupancy. Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets. Check out: 11:00 A.M. Check in: 4:00-7:00 P.M., later by request. Cancellations: Complete refund of deposit if cancelled 30 days prior to reservation. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will only be refunded if the room can be rented.
